SPONSOR PACKAGES

At the World Championship Coyote Calling Contest® (WCCCC®) organization we really value our sponsors. We work hard to get the most value and exposer for our sponsors and to also benefit all our participants. Without both there is no WCCCC®.

We have a variety of WCCCC® sponsor packages to offer and we are sure one will suit you. Please look them over and give us a call on the one you like. This is a brief outline of the different packages. Please contact us directly for all the details of the benefits of each package.

1. PLATINUM PACKAGE(S)- $5,000- A mixture of 50% in retail value prizes and 50% cash is preferred. Our highest level sponsorship and we only allow one (1) industry category each as a sponsor at this level. That means one optics company, one rifle company, one ammunition company, and so on. Each Platinum sponsor is allowed one (1) FREE team entry into the event as a “Factory Team”. Sponsorship can be non-industry related too. FREE WCCCC® WEBSITE LISTING AS A SPONSOR FOR ONE FULL YEAR. We will place all printed material in the hands of the contestants, post signs, and display banners of the sponsor at the annual event in a location of high visibility. If requested the sponsor will receive a free display table at the annual event including the banquet. Contact us directly with any questions.

2. GOLD PACKAGE(S)-$4,000- A mixture of 50% in retail value prizes and 50% cash is preferred. Our second (2nd) highest level sponsorship and we only allow five (5) industry category each as a sponsor at this level. Sponsorship can be non-industry related too. We will place all printed material in the hands of the contestants, post signs, and display banners of the sponsor at the annual event in a location of high visibility. 3. SILVER PACKAGE(S)-$3,000- A mixture of 50% in retail value prizes and 50% cash is preferred.Our (3rd) highest level sponsorship and we only allow ten (10) industry category each as a sponsor at this level. 4. COPPER PACKAGE(S)-$2,000- A mixture of 50% in retail value prizes and 50% cash is preferred. Our fourth (4th) highest level sponsorship and we allow twenty (20) industry category each as a sponsor at this level. Contact us directly for cost of this package. 5. BRONZE PACKAGE(S)- $1,000– A mixture of 50% in retail value prizes and 50% cash is preferred. Our fifth (5th) highest level sponsorship and we allow thirty (30) industry category each as a sponsor at this level. Contact us directly for cost of this package. 6. GENERAL SPONSORSHIP-$200.00- Retail value prize or full cash payment. Our sixth (6th) highest level package- Image result for Image of george patton Unlimited number of sponsors can donate at least $200.00 worth of prizes or cash. They will be listed on the WCCCC® website until the close of the event in December. If requested the sponsor will receive a free display table at the annual event including the banquet. SPECIAL SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

1. SPECIAL BILL COUNTESS BANQUET SPONSOR- ($3,500 cash)- Very Special sponsorship package- The Bill Countess Banquet Sponsor is a very special offer for $3,500 cash (no credit or acceptance of products). This sponsorship will receive all the benefits of Platinum Sponsor. The banquet sponsor is allowed one (1) FREE team entry into the event as a “Factory Team”.The Banquet will bear the name of the sponsor. Like the “Bill Countess Banquet” brought to you by the NIGHT GOGGLES, INC. (2016) This sponsor’s name will be included in all printed material and correspondence where possible and get a high level of exposure as we can possible provide. It is a great sponsorship opportunity! There will be only one sponsor for the Banquet offered. FREE WCCCC® WEBSITE LISTING AS A SPONSOR FOR ONE FULL YEAR. 2. WORLD CHAMPION(S) AR RIFLE SPONSOR-(minimum $3,000 value or more). A very Special sponsorship package-Taken again by New Frontier Armory for 2-16!-This is a very special sponsorship offered to ONE company for the event. The sponsor will be able to state that it is the “OFFICIAL AR RIFLE OF THE WCCCC®” FOR ONE YEAR. The AR sponsor will be required to provide one (1) free AR rifle and one (1) at dealer cost AR rifle that the WCCCC® will pay for. The sponsor will allow the WCCCC® to purchase additional AR rifles at the dealer cost if needed up to five (5). The Sponsor will receive FREE WCCCC® WEBSITE LISTING AS A SPONSOR FOR ONE FULL YEAR. We will place all printed material in the hands of the contestants, post signs, and display banners of the sponsor at the annual event in a location of high visibility. If requested the sponsor will receive a free display table at the annual event including the banquet. Contact us directly with any questions.

3. WORLD CHAMPION(S) RIFLE/SHOTGUN SPONSOR-(minimum $1,500 value or more total). A very Special sponsorship package. This is a very special sponsorship offered to firearms companies for the event. The sponsor(s) will be able to state that they provided an “OFFICIAL RIFLE OR SHOTGUN FOR THE WCCCC®” FOR ONE YEAR. The rifle/shotgun sponsor will be required to provide all firearms free. The sponsor will allow the WCCCC® to purchase additional rifles/shotgun(s) at the dealer cost if needed up to five (5). The Sponsor will receive FREE WCCCC® WEBSITE LISTING AS A SPONSOR FOR ONE FULL YEAR. We will place all provided printed material in the hands of the contestants, post signs, and display banners of the sponsor at the annual event in a location of high visibility. If requested the sponsor will receive a free display table at the annual event including the banquet. If possible we will engrave or mark in some professional manner the WCCCC® official logo on the firearm. Contact us directly with any questions.

4. SPECIAL SPONSORSHIP- ($1,000 minimum)- The WCCCC® will entertain any special sponsorship you wish. Examples would be a special Father/Daughter award and so on. Contact us with your ideas and desires. Check our list of special contests within the WCCCC®.

5. PERMANENT/EXCLUSIVE SPONSOR- The WCCCC® will entertain a permanent or exclusive sponsor for a specific product or service category. Please look at the Platinum Package first and then ask for a permanent/exclusive status. The permanent/exclusive status will be an additional $1,000 added to the Platinum Package. Conditions apply.

6. SPONSORS WHO DISPLAY AT THE EVENT– We allow a limited number of sponsors to display and sell products our at our Registration and the banquet. For a donation of $100.00 in cash or retail value of a new item we will provide a access to the event and a free table to use in our vendor area at the event. No drawings or raffles are allow in this sponsorship. Only the display of printed material on products, the products themselves, and the sale of those products. Those vendors/sponsors interested in this type of sponsorship MUST contact the WCCCC® in advance and be approved for a table.

7. SPECIAL FIREARMS TRANSFER SERVICE SPONSOR- Each year the WCCCC® gives away a number of firearms and we need the services of a licensed, experienced, insured, and professional Federal Firearms License holder. That sponsor must be full trained and licensed to legally transfer our firearms to the various winners AT THE EVENT on the premises. This service will be provided FREE OF CHARGE to the winners and to the WCCCC®. The SPECIAL SPONSOR will receive a FREE WCCCC® WEBSITE LISTING AS A SPONSOR FOR ONE FULL YEAR. We will place all printed material provided in the hands of the contestants, post signs, and display banners of the sponsor at the annual event in a location of high visibility. The sponsor will receive a free display table at the annual event including the banquet. Contact us directly with any questions. For 2016 626 ARMS from Joseph City, AZ will handle all transfers to the winners of firearms requiring Federal Background Checks. Thank you to them for the help!
